Arghh my first blog post! Writing a blog is scary. Yes, scary. I mean have you seen the competition?! Ok ok I know its not about that, but in this day and age (yes I said that, and yes I'm old enough to say that). In this day and age, blogs featuring ridiculously beautiful people, in beautiful locations, living their seemingly beautiful lives is frankly INTIMIDATING. Who wants to compete with that?! Who wants to put themselves out there, raw, somewhat chubby, somewhat manic, leading a somewhat ordinary life... So I decided to finally do it. Drag myself out of my comfort zone, and throw myself into the blogging zone. So why? Well I've always been that go to person for many, asking for tips and recommendations. New restaurants to try, where to go for that big anniversary, date nights with the kids, family travel suggestions.
